Remember that the Katugoda project had started with a City of Sens partnership, and funds from the French Red Cross. Everything isn’t completed yet but the evolution is clear. Here are some pictures, taken during the February 2006 mission, which objectives were to see the evolution of works initated by the AIDER organisation with many partnerships in Sri Lanka, and to take care of formalities.
